• Northcote will now be commencing at 11:00am due to the large entry numbers.
   
• Bonus $500 for any athlete that can win 2 or more VCCL 3200m races - Warrnambool, Castlemaine, Wangaratta & Ararat.
   
• There will be an Under 14 sprint race at St. Albans and Maribyrnong for those youngsters that would like to come and try a race!  There is no registration or entry fee.  Athletes must be under the age of 14 on the day of competition. All that is required is to send your name, sex, DOB and Personal Best 100m/200m times to val@val.org.au
