• Athletes competing at Warrnambool must wear spikes with a max. length of 6mm.  Athletes will not be permitted onto the synthetic track with spikes exceeding this length.

• $300 Bonus up for grabs for any athlete that wins a race at both Warrnambool & Terang this weekend!  If more than 1 athlete wins a race at both meetings, the bonus will be split.

• Wangaratta 1600m Open is now a 3200m Open and the prize money is $1,250

• There is a $500 Bonus for any athlete who wins 2 VCCL 3200m races this season.  These races are at Warrnambool, Castlemaine, Wangaratta and Ararat.
