Speaking about the announcement VAL Executive Officer Taylah Perry said it was a huge moment for the sport and especially for the athletes who work so hard to compete at events all across the state.

“It is wonderful to be able to share the news that all of our events for the upcoming season will be broadcast, so regardless of where you are on any given weekend, you can catch all the action live on the MSL app” Perry said.

“It was fantastic to work with the My Sport Live team last year and we were so impressed with the quality of streaming they were able to provide.”

“It made it a no brainer to work together to see how we could showcase more events this season, and to have them all being shown live is just such a wonderful opportunity for our sport.”

Speaking about the announcement, MSL Managing Director said it was wonderful to be able to support organisations such as the VAL and showcase their incredible events.

“For the past 10 years we have worked with sports and organisations to help them take their events from the field, court or track and broadcast them into the living rooms of people in Australia and around the world,” he said.

“The VAL is such a wonderful organisation – and we really enjoyed working with Taylah, event officials, volunteers and athletes last season.’

“So to be able to take it to another level entirely was something we were keen to do, and we can’t wait to get stuck in again!”

The first events as part of the partnership are the 2023 Cobden Gift and 2023 Mortlake Gift which take place on the 14th and 15th of October.
