The Victorian Athletic League is celebrating the news of the signed agreement between the State Government and the Stawell Athletic Club which sees a $1.22 million dollar package over the next four years. It is a fantastic outcome with the prize money and TV broadcast maintained. We look forward to working with the Stawell Athletic Club, the Northern Grampian Shire Council and State Government during the transitional period and beyond to ensure the continued success of the Stawell Gift and pro running in Victoria.
