VAL News

The season is well underway and we have a few good races coming up before Christmas. All the best to those making the trip to Warrnambool remembering there are 2 x APs up for grabs for athletes who run acceptable performances (Warrnambool only). With Terang then on the Sunday, it makes for a great weekend of racing.
The U14 series is underway and the points leaderboard is in this newsletter. This season we made the U14 category free registration - as we want to encourage more junior athletes into the sport. If you have a school friend or family member (who is U14) - encourage them to come along and give pro-running a go.
In the new year, to align with the strategic plan, Tom and I are running some co-design workshops with athletes and trainers - with a focus on designing what pro-running could look like in the future. Stay tuned in the new year for dates of the workshops and if you are interested in joining us, send either Tom or I an email.
With December almost upon us, and the silly season starting, I encourage everyone to take care of themselves and their friends and family members.
See you at the track
