Persons charged by the VAL Board or Stewards during the 2022-23 season, with steward allocated UP's and/or charges issued, or upheld by a Tribunal will be displayed on this page.

Noddy AngelakosCharged by the VAL Board VAL Regulation 1.4 a) has used obscene, threatening, abusive or insulting language to or concerning any official of the VAL and 1.4 b) is guilty of conduct contrary to the VAL code of conduct and/or constitution; 1/ Unserved apology in writing to each individual ( within 5 days) 2/ Complete a sanction of “VAL Service” being helping with race day pack up or set up at a VAL event 2 times this season. (before end of 2022/2023 season) (Failure to do both will result in disqualification and fine at discretion of the VAL Board)
