| INTERSTATE
ATHLETES - The change in the
interstate clause will be that interstate athletes will not
be handicapped to the mid range position after Christmas.
They will be handicapped to the STT at the start of the year,
be treated as OGA athletes and can only be lifted by meeting
the same criteria as Victorians. The only change is that they
are not automatically given the mid range mark after Christmas
as most Victorians will not have achieved this. |
