The deals are as follows: Double room $70 per night,

                                     Twin room (double bed & 1 or 2 single beds) $80 per night,

                                     Family room $100 per night.

The motel is very clean & better than a Budget motel & below a Flag motel.

It is located about 5 minutes drive from the Northern oval & is on the Old Western Hwy , which is ideal for the trip to Ararat which will be a 50 minute drive from the motel.
